Having the main focus around customer protection and software security, Wallet Warden's growth model comes almost intuitively:
offering a safety net to new or unexperienced crypto users who want a frictionless extra security measures. To be visible to this category of users, the current phase of the market, the news about major hacks and the social media FUD couldn't help us more, because what draws attention more than a new hack or scam? Only thing we have to do here is continuously monitor, be present and explain to target audience what happened and how we could've protected them;
capturing attention of skilled, experienced geeks with the help of hackathons that can benefit both parties: they'd be able to compete, learn and win rewards, and Wallet Warden would benefit from exposure to such communities of truly passioned people that are more likely to spread the word of mouth. More than competitions, this hackers can use Wallet Warden as a stage to show off their skills on real-life incidents in the crypto space and additionally, be rewarded for that.
For both, retention and brand awareness, we plan a Social Mining strategy meant to attract both market feedback on the product and brand exposure. We will offer early-stage adopters generous monthly subscriptions and airdrops in consecutive rounds of the product development phase based on their wallets on-chain history, the amount of off-chain interaction with our platform and no or close to none interaction with our competitors. This system will allow us to filter out airdrop hunters and automated bots and measure the impact of every feature/announcement at the same time. All rewards will be provided to users who submitted valuable feedbacks regarding the beta version being live before the moment of the airdrop announcement.
Another growth tactic planned to adopt by the Wallet Warden brand is involving brand ambassadors and influencer marketing in a two step process. For example, we can leverage having an industry skilled brand ambassador by supporting them in exposing a freshly discovered malicious practice and explaining or already discovered, explaining it to the general public in a manner that highlights the pain points addressed by our solution. Once the content is published, our influencer marketing publishers would have reach, easy to understand materials ready for content creation and promoting the brand.
